BiO·TA Scientific : Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BiO·TA Scientific, we partner with specialized boutique suppliers and premium carriers to ensure your gear arrives ready for the field.

1. Fulfillment & Boutique Sourcing

Because we curate small-batch items, fulfillment times may vary by supplier. If you have questions, please reach out to us.

  • Processing: Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves the specific artisan or manufacturer's facility.

2. Transfer of Risk & Liability

BiO·TA Scientific is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a tracking number is generated and the package is in the carrier's possession, the carrier assumes all liability for delivery.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages that are lost in transit, delayed by the carrier, or stolen after a "Delivered" status is confirmed.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address. We cannot offer refunds for gear sent to an incorrectly entered address.

3. Shipping Protection (Recommended)

For high-value items like bows, optics, or fly rods, we strongly recommend selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout. This third-party coverage protects your investment against theft or loss during the transit process.

4. International Shipping

For our self-reliant friends abroad, please note that BiO·TA Scientific is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
