BiO·TA Scientific is a curated marketplace. We source high-performance, small-batch hunting and fishing gear from third-party manufacturers and independent craftsmen. By using this site, you acknowledge that while we vet our suppliers for quality, the warranty and liability for product performance lie with the original manufacturer.

2. Accuracy of Technical Information

We strive for technical precision in our product descriptions. However, "field conditions" vary. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Gear choice is ultimately the responsibility of the self-reliant outdoors person, and we encourage thorough research. We are always available to answer your technical questions.

3. Order Acceptance & Boutique Fulfillment

Because we focus on small-batch and boutique items, inventory is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in pricing/product information.
Shipping times are estimates provided by our specialized suppliers and are not guaranteed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J2 Outdoor Solutions LLC (dba BiO·TA Scientific) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including equipment failure or personal injury—arising from the use of products purchased through our store.

5. User-Generated Content

If you share photos of your "Packed Out" elk or trophy trout with us, you grant BiO·TA Scientific a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those images for marketing and social media purposes.
